Considering this is my first novel I really enjoyed it this is the novel which introduce me to the world of life novels and cultivation. Luo feng: I feel like luo feng is not is really the ideal MC means. initially if not for this luck he would have died hundreds of times. And also is character development we don't see much of it what morals he had initially the same morals we see in the end of the novel so not really a nice character development of MC Pros 1. World building: the world building in the novel is really nice the description of places characters it is really good. 2. Side characters: I feel like this is one of those cultivation novel of IET where side characters are not ignored they are constantly involved in the plot and they play a significant role in MCs life Cons Romance: well as always IETs romance never works. The female MC in the novel is almost non existent even if she didn't exist in the novel it would have made no big difference instead it would have made novel a little bit better

I’ve been reading in the Xianxia genre for 8 years. This might be the worst novel I have ever read , apart from those I had to drop immediately. Grammar 0/5 Characters 0/5 Plot 0/5 The only interesting thing is the world building and that also quickly falls apart. I cant believe China animated this instead of Coiling Dragon or Desolate Era. If you see any 5 star that means this is pribably the first Chinese novel that guy has read / for nostalgia reasons. Nobody in their actual right mind would give this five stars. I’ve read 100+ Chinese novels from sci fi wuxia xuanhuan and Xianxia. This is definitely the lowest of the low and I’ve read Martial Peak for 500 chapters and Emperors Domination for 3000 chapters. It boggles my mind that some people compred IET with Er Gen cause honestly the difference is between a firefly and a moon, the difference between heaven and HELL. If you want my review in detail its in the main comments section here but there are 3000+ words so i dont think i can put it all here.

This is a very good novel but in the beginning 300-400 chapters it was somewhat racist or mc prioritise Chinese over the all the countries but he was indeed from china so that's somewhat barely acceptable. . . As the novel progressed it got more good and after a 1000 chapters it was much better as compared to early chapters. . . Also it has the most ridiculous time skips I have ever read in a novel 😂 It had one that was over 10 quadrillion years💀. . . And I found this novel in the comment section of "Complete Martial arts attributes" and I'm glad that I discarded that one and started this novel. . . Both of them has the same power system but this one is much more detailed and sensible

This author seems to be quite racist. He consistently employed the trope of black people’s skin being inherently filthy in his work. I’m appalled that people rate it so highly despite the blatant racism. If you think I’m over exaggerating or reaching, check out chapters 190 and 191. There are much better wuxia novels out there without the racist element.

Very good novel. Some people are crying that it's racist when it's not. But i guess it can seem racist if you're not asian. I will say MC focused a lot on nationality and race and whatnot but honestly it never really bothered me but it seems to bother a lot of people. Since author is chinese ofc China will be #1 in his novel. Why are we surprised it's the same with Japanese and Korean novels. Other than those dumb complaints the story is good. All the moves are detailed and author explains how they work. The life and death situations aren't really that intense as of now and it has sort of a slice of life vibe.

1- The MC Personality make the story interesting 2- The story line start slow but after a few chapters you get cough in the plot. 3- No complains about the translation, the story is clear and I'm able to follow the author though 4- there is enough twist in this story to keep you glue to your table 5- Please do not pay attention to the synopsis I think it is to abstract and someone need to write a new one. 6- in overall this novel is worth your time.

its a good read. solid power system and world, a 4/5 cause the last few hundred chapters are tedious to read and seem rushed also a lot of plot points opened which felt as if it would be explored later but it never comes to it.

Personally it's my favorite novel of all time(as well as the first I ever read). really love the story/pacing, while it's a little rough around the edges, for me it's almost perfect except for the ending, the ending is rushed and could've been way better and the story itself could've been longer. Ty so much for letting us read such a masterpiece.

If I was judging this strictly off of the quality of the story within this genre I'd probably give this a 5/5. I consider this to be IET's best work and I really enjoy both the writing and power system. Where it loses me at is later in the story the translation switches from the well done manual one that it starts with and goes to a google translate version. It gets extremely difficult for me to read, and despite trying various times until not I haven't finished this story because of this. I'm taking 1 point off for the translation shift, It'd be great of someone actually redid or at least edited it so it was more readable.

It's my favourite novels. I really loved the MC , the story about him just fascinating. . I hope writer continue story and also make some side story for mc
