    Why am I getting frustrated with the mc..? Hmm.. maybe it’s because the difference between the manhwa and novel, since in the manhwa MC was this confident guy tho even if he has no initial plan, he would know what to do and come up with one on the spot. Or at least, that is what’s being shown in the manhwa. But the novel, he just seems naive, careless, and don’t even try.. ugh.. I can see why some readers gave up reading now even tho the manhwa was good. Not including the future plot that is.

    Currently reading MTL at chapter 300. I found that Jin's Mother is suuuppperrr annoying and biased. Why she keep supporting that weak *ss and cowardly first son (with super inferiority complex) when she knew fully well that Jin is worthier and holier than him. F*ck it I'm sooo annoyed. There's probably a reason for her blind devotion toward that unworthy Eldest Son called Joshua who didn't even know his place and won't even survived a second longer without his mommy's support 🙄. He got too much privileges when he lack innate talent and Jin keep getting ostracized even after proving his worth again and again. Are the whole family (except the Patriarch (his father), his eldest sister (Luna) and Marry) are completely blind??? Can they see who wields the true power? I know there's a hint about prophecy whatsoever that related to Joshua but it didn't keep me for getting annoyed about how sh*tty the treatment Jin got by the rest of his family especially his soo called Mother.

      Unfortunately for you, there's no grandiose reason behind her choosing Joshua over Jin, since she had decided to make him the next patriarch after Luna rescinded from the war of successorship/throne. However, after chapter 514, she revoked all of Joshua's privileges and acknowledges, though shrewdly, Jin as the next successor, only for her and the family's gains. In addition, the development goes completely out the window after the said 500 chapters. Everything became trash and anticlimactic. The way JIn even succeeded the throne is also trashy. I'm not even reading it anymore since then; perhaps after a while.

        I mean MC is kind of a dunce as well being this ostracized and still working for this sh*tty family (feels like the first time line didn't make him grow up at all), he should just say f*ck it and leave the management for those that want it and live his life.

        I know there would be some explanation about that since I want to believe that Rosa Runcandel wasn't a complete *d**t who supported her first son without any reason. And you're right the plot is getting thicker and thicker with each secret of the past getting revealed one by one. The story itself keep getting better but I just want to vent about how unfair Rosa treatments toward Jin compares to her first Son. Although Jin himself couldn't careless about the sh*t he got from his family. He just keep improving himself further and further which is kinda satisfying. Lol.

      MTL already has 500. However, it is such a poor translation that it makes it almost illegible with words out of context or not even right, depending on the middle of the description of a fight someone appears talking about masturbation 🤣
