No this is just unfair. . . sitting in Agrona's lap shouldn't be more fruitful than going to sleep with a sweet lullaby. . . but there we go- she has been so formidable from the beginning and it's been utterly annoying for us

Before I waste my time on this, I need to know does Arthur end up revealing who he is to anyone(acquaintance, friends or family)? The dragon doesn't count since I already know she knows but, anyone else?

Well, that's a shame. Thanks for the info. Goodbye then.

She should have fought that asura and killed it, then take her prize(mana). At least that way I wouldn't be complaining. She gains strength too easily and is never satisfied with it because she wants to PROVE herself to agrona... b*tch what the fck? I love tbate and that's the only reason I am in this site. But still... let her struggle a bit. Now she can beat asuras from the phoenix clan. Like, what the heck? From just one power up? D*mn. Of she learns to use even a bit of aether, I'm dropping it, Now matter how much I love tbate

I understand what you mean by this, tbh I'm sure we all are quite mad but then again this is why Cecil is Agrona's favourite and why he spent years if not decades in trying to bring her into this world because she is able to gain this much power so easily, when Arthur has gone through hell and back while still being weaker. This is when Arthur being able to control Aether comes in since aether has so much power over mana, as the story progresses, we know Arthur will easily be able to overpower her despite her godly growth at one point (Protagonist law.) Though I 100% agree that if she can control aether I will also in fact be dropping it

Why wouldn't we drop it? I would. Aether is Arthur's specialty, no one should be able to use it as much as him. I don't care how many offerings will be made to make Cecilia stronger. She just shouldn't touch aether. She already took Arthur's quadra elemental stuff, if she also took aether, I will legit drop. When Nico grabbed Sylvia's core and he saw purple, I was about to drop cause I thought he was about to start using aether. Luckily turtleme avoided that. I didn't wait two weeks to read this stupid chapter. I even prefer Nico povs these days since his hate for grey is reducing. But Cecilia povs are, while i know are important to know she's going through, is still annoying to read

But the suffering that the author will be showing to us that Art goes through while in a death match against her. . . that's what annoys us. . . we are losing our edges fast because we are forced to belive that this unnecessary growth of Cecilia's is a part of forced plot. . . something that shouldn't come off as strongly as when it did from the beginning, and as it came out in the last chapter- almost killing 2 scythes on a light note of situation Her growth has been transcendental but also been taken by her for granted

I'm getting a bit angry at turtleme. Tbate is my best novel and, while I love the suffering Arthur has gone through to attain power, I hate the way Cecilia just easily gets things. Arthur got severly injured in war and had to almost die before he could start getting stronger, while she was just reincarnated and became a freaking quadra elemental. Arthur had to melt his limbs in lava while also almost dying several times in the relictombs just to learn aether and get stronger, while Cecil with just 2 months or so is able to create mana cores and create cages where mana can't be used? Arthur life is always at stake before he can get any stronger, which due to all his effort can beat a normal rank asura. BUT Cecilia, this b*tch that was having problems breaking an asura reinforced barrier(?) could now possible do so because agrona had already prepared something which she could use to get stronger. Forget how hard it was to assimilate the phoenix mana, she got it too easily

Well. That's what life is afterall. A kid born to a rich family gets it all easily. While a child born to someone poor to has to struggle to reach the equivalent of the former. Turtleme has done a great job in fact to portray that in this scenario.

Your right, turtleme portrayed it nicely. Even in their past lives Cecilia was special and Nico was smart. What did grey have? Nothing. Just instinct was his ki pool was miniscule at best. Now that his finally getting stronger after much suffering, I find it annoying how Cecilias just coming once more again with that her stupid 'Legacy' sh*t. sigh, I'm tired

You're right. Also, mana arts can be taught and passed down to other people but he path of aether is unique for each individual, and also there isn't anyone to guide Arthur into insight into godrunes.

Anyone here who have read Reverend insanity, I mean who have completed reading Reverend insanity not those who have dropped midway. . I just wanna ask what's your opinion on tbate. Should I read or not?

it is a very good novel but the downside is that the novel updates very slowly - one chapter a week. So if you are not a patient one then i'd suggest add it to the library and wait for it to finish because the story is quite captivating and a good binge read.

Im reading ri and am currently in ch 1600+ . . . . It's a must read. I've read this twice and some chs 4 times because of presentation. Like ri the real sh*t in this novel starts later around ch 200 The main thing in this novel is the writing style, you will see multiple pov's it's way too good and in recent chs he exploded everything. The story it also godly, people are mad fans over some side characters in this novel . . In terms of fun, story, side characters, and pov writing style I'll rank this novel above ri. For me TBATE was more fun and will always be my favourite. . But in terms of standards, quotes, wast gu, violence, and what good life lessons I learnt form ri. Reverned insanity is true insanity. It opened my mind a lot lot lottttttttt And also for an ri fan, read "Reincarnation of the strongest sword god" you will like it

Ok, i have completed RI, In my honest opinion it's worth it. The book is written in a very detailed manner but it can be very frustrating a lot of times, I would suggest you to read the manga till the asura training arc and then pick up the novel.

Cecilia’s growth in power is an illusion. No matter how much control she has over mana, Arthur uses Aether so she’ll be helpless against him. Although her power to manipulate others mana gives me the feeling that she actually can manipulate aether like Arthur can, she just doesn’t realise it

Arthur is the only known character capable of manipulating Aether, even the dragons can only coerce it (although, I think they can manipulate mana) . . . to be able to truly manipulate Aether, you need a core and Arthur is basically the only one that has been able to accomplish such a feat in their world, in its known history. . . and there is also the physical requirement which Arthur (who is an asura) and the dragons meet (I'm sure you can remember what happened to arthur when he tried using asuran skills in the past when he was still a human)

To manipulate aether you need a core or high affinity with aether... she does have good control over mana- probably too much- but that just doesn't add up to make for the requirement of a physical body with high aether affinity, meaning that if arthur were to inject into her body sufficient aether, forcibly or not, she would get the biggest backlash she ever has... because handling it requires too much physical prowess too... a physique that she doesn't have let alone one with aether core

Uhh I don't think you can manipulate aether with Mana. . . otherwise the whole concept which has been repeated to us in the past will just become illogical. . . it was said that Aether and Mana are like water in a cup. The water is mana and aether is the cup. I don't see how I could use the water in the cup to use the cup. You can use the cup to manipulate the water tho as that is what Art is doing. And I still believe Bonding with Aether with an Aether core should be especially only for the Main Character as it would atleast justify his struggles. If everyone started using Aether like its a walk in the park the 100 chapters of Art in Relictombs struggling will prove to be worthless.

I don't think so. Arthur has discarded mana entirely, only able to manipulate it now indirectly. Aether is clearly a higher level substance than mana, using mana to manipulate aether while likely possible... its likely very inefficient. Like purposely forcing all kinetic energy to stop to stop time. With Aether your directly flipping the switch, with mana your forcing the switch by preventing all other possibilities. In front of Arthur she'll have fire power... but after Arthur comprehends Asuras through Sylvia's core, i think he'll be able to evolve himself a step forward. Into a pure Aether based Asura.

She was a test subject for Cecilia to see if she can drain their mana, now that Agrona has confirmed she can, WITHOUT PROBLEM. that was my point.

she said that she wouldn't have been able to drain her mana if she wasn't in such a weaken state.
