    I find it kind of funny how they've made nano technology, self conscious AI, nukes and all this other advanced technology, but still haven't recreated planes or helicopters.

        Its not A comedy, it has comedic elements, and very few at that. its been a few weeks since i read the thing but from memory MC just goes through the motions with no direction. I'm not saying there isn't a overarching story, im saying MC journey throughout the overarching story is written poorly. in the sense that MC seems to lack real goals, he just jumps from city to city when a random danger appears. and almost the exact same thing happens every time (find a city, hated by inhabitants, danger appears, flee city). its just a repetitive drag. and yeah every now and then an interesting plot point shows up that expands the readers understanding of the world, but its really negligible. And as i said, only read to 400, maybe it gets better, but the protentional wasn't there for me. if a story is a repetitive drag for 400 chs im gonna assume its gonna remain that way, because the author has already shown his *ssh*l*.

    This novel is a 10/10 for me until after he killed the leader of the Experimentals (around chapter 1000). To be honest, this newest volume is really slow, but it's still an 8/10. Would definitely recommend this novel
