The fiancée ended up with MC's brother Rodwell. The feelings between the two formed when after they both fought together multiple times. They happened to be together on the first part of the novel. I don't know if you know this, but the novel has 2 parts. I won't tell you any further unless if you want to know it more. The main character remains single from the beginning to the end. You might think, what a waste, he could've still married to someone but the thing is that the MC is more than happy in the ending of the story as he feels like he's gotten closer to peace and feeling more humane than ever. After reading the ending, you would understand how unnecessary it is for him to even have a wife. Moreover, I don't think there's one single worthy character to marry her throughout the story. The MC is pretty much the king of two different dimension (more explanation to this wouldn't be given unless you give me the permission to).

There's also a possibility that the novel you're trying to see the spoilers of in the novel updates is not the same as this one. It could another title, which might explain why people said there's an NTR in it. Moreover, I can't find this novel title in novelupdates, so I kinda doubt it when you said there's even a forum about this novel. As far as I'm concerned there's no NTR, the MC only cares about conquering the world and protecting his people, he doesn't care about romance at all. If NTR is a major problem for you to read it, then don't worry, there's no such thing in the story, just read it my friend.

First of all, I want to address the NTR stuff in the ending of the story which I think is not true. The main character never has a love interest throughout the story. If you read the first couple chapters then you would find out that MC had a fiancée, but we know he breaks the agreement to marry her, and after that the MC still becomes single. I understand why people think there's NTR in the story (even though it's not true) and I can explain why they think so. However, the explanation to it could be a major spoiler to those who haven't read this novel so I need to ask for your permission first whether you want to know it or not. To me personally the ending is not bad at all, anyone has their own different opinion, but if the people who claim the ending is bad are the same people who say there's NTR in the end of story, then there's no reason to take their claims seriously. That's all I have to say, let me know if you want to know more.

But, anyway, for the spoilers of The Heavenly Demon Can't Live a Normal Life, you're asking whether the MC (Roman Dmitry) will return to his world or not. The answer to that is yes, the MC came back to his world meaning South Korea, but not of his era where moorim still existed but the present modern Korea. Maybe you haven't known yet or you probably have, the story of this novel is divided by two parts. Roman returned to Korea in second part of the story where there are hunters and dungeons appearing. At the end of the story, however, Roman came back to the world of Dmitry, and left Korea. As for a girl, he never had any romantic relationship at all with anybody from the beginning until the end.
