    I'm 600+ chapters in and there's still no overarching story, its just grinding to get stronger and some mini arcs, which is not a bad thing but just not for me. Also the omega yap is too much for me. Maybe it gets much better later on but I'm dropping it here for now.

      If you don't have real Patience then stay millions of KM away from it. It has lot details, really lot of details. . Webnovels readers don't have even ounce of patience while reading, these patience less people think they know everything. They should read western printed novels, those novels have similar lvl of detailing with minimal story progress per chps. These people here just whine and hate on every chps, all of these are sick in their heads. If you are not one of these people then try this novel out, it's interesting. Basically MC is little scientific which gives lot of explanation all throughout the chps.

    With how Rui's adaptive evolution is developing it reminds me of sunny's shadow dance, supremely adaptive even modifying innate parts of themselves that normally shouldn't be changed. But with being that adaptive its dangerous if you don't have an anchor, makes me wonder if Rui won't be able to advance on his martial path without getting the realization of self
