    OKAY WHY IS EVERYONE SAYING ITS SLOW BURN. Yes it takes hundreds of chapters before they get together but thats not the meaning of slow burn. For you Yaoi fledglings slowburn means that the relationship takes a really long time, but here they got together before any life altering climax events happening. This novel actually advances in romance quite fast so the tag is MISLEADING because typical romance stories and typical cultivation/ magic stories are different. These chapters which takes thousands of chapters means that if its slowburn then the romance should take 500+ chapters to bloom. Theres no restraint in this novel, it feels like were rushing too much. And each interaction between ml and mc is too doki doki romance filled. A good slow burn would be something like I have Medicine. But I guess its good there since the mc there hasnt regressed. I think its simply too hard for a regression story like this to be slow burn and the author didnt want it to be slow burn either.

      Yuder already has feelings for Kishiar even before he regressed (though he doesn't quite realize it's love yet). On the other hand, Kishiar was attracted to Yuder after a few interactions with him. Given that they also bonded in their past life, it's only a matter of time before things unfold. And of course their interactions are filled with romantic tension, it's quite literally the main genre.

        And? Why dislike my comment? My only point was that it wasnt slow burn at all. Since their basically eye f*ck*ng at the second interaction and proposing s*x at the third… slow burn means misunderstandings and missed chances and unfortunate events that lead to them failing to admit their feelings. This is just gradual romance….

    Okay some things arent making sense here. Like why on earth would claps be louder for Kishiar than the crown prince when Kishiars reputation was being a lecherous dud? (Festival) Yaoi’s are too predictable. I have developed a BS sense from the hundreds of Yaois i’ve read and its tingling. They always sacrifice a lot just for ML glaze.

      Ummm maybe because kishiar at one point was originally supposed to be the crown prince, is a royal member of the Sun God Bloodline and the current Emperor’s brother and as the story progresses, more. Katichan is adopted through the Diarca dukedom and has not made any substantial achievements neither politically or any other form actually other than being the crown prince through adoption and is supposed to be the next emperor. I suspect you already have an idea of this novel and some bl novels before you even started reading.

      He gets it back gradually throughout the tain arc which is right after his battle with pethuamet. He is able to use it in small increments until enon figures out how to create an emergency prototype potion in case he needs his full powers back (he drinks it when him, kishiar, and nathan are infiltrating one of tain’s illicit trading storage spots and they engage in battle). Don’t remember the exact number but I think it’s around 380ish. Like he could use his powers early on but just in less volume until that specific part where he regains everything and he gets a new ability which turns one of his eyes golden so yeah he gets more op thru suffering a bit without his full powers for a time. Btw if you like the romantic aspect or the investigative aspect of the story, try not to skip their “fake” dating arc in baron wilhelm’s residence, it’s quite an entertaining part of the story.
