The third chapter was even more deadly. It introduced a new way to use Life Steal. It involved formation spells, or magic circles which cast a continuous area-of-effect spell. Practitioners who had already mastered the second chapter would find this new refining technique useful.

The content taught practitioners about applying [Life Steal] into formation arrays, objects, weapons, or other yin skills. For example, a roadside rock could steal life-force from anyone who touched it. Creative or tactical fighters could turn the environment, such as grasses, trees, houses, and etc., into life-stealing traps.
