What If I Can't Die?

I can't with this one. This novel is a solid 2 or 3 out of 10. The pacing is all over the place and it's clear the author is just making it up as they go. Characters, settings and plot devices are continuously introduced and then forgotten about later. Oh? That centipede he talked about for hundreds of chapters? Let's just abruptly eat it. That love interest he built up? Yeah let's just kill her off. Everyone is suddenly infected with a evil Gu forcing them to kill each other? Yeah just forget about it. New power? Meaningless. New subordinate, world or sect? Nah boring, Let's just leave and forget about it after 1 mission. Literally nothing is finished in this story and it's beyond frustrating. Oh and don't forget the frequent nerfs. I've dropped this one and come back multiple times but having the Mc become OP and then throwing him into a meaningless illusion arc/nerf just to pad an extra 100+ chapters is where I draw the line. Shameless cash grab and the author doesn't care.

2 star for the enjoyment. 3 star for lacking everything and HOW obvious this was google translated. Mc would be saying “I always used to do this when I was young. ” And enemies would flock in saying “HOW DARE YOU CALL YOURSELF YOUNG MASTER IN FRONT IF ME. ” See the flaw? No one said young master? It’s because it’s google translated and the translator couldnt be bothered to fix up names and terms. This bleeds in into confusing lexicon such as “Spiritual Qi, Spiritual Energy, Spiritual Essence. ” And kind of b*llsh*t like that. Everything that is close to being Spiritual is translated as such and not in what it actually means. There’s also characterization. There’s this one b*tch in the family that has done nothing but try to kill him and his sisters. What does he do? Save her over and over again and sell himself for her survival. For how much he values his family you would think there’s a SINGLE chapter of him being with his family? No. Every single “family” chapter is of him being cursed out and shamed by everyone. Not one single joyful or wholesome moment in the whole story yet he slaves away himself to save them again and again and again.

I sadly suffer from the "System trope bewitchment" and thus whether is good or bad, as long as its grammar is readable, I will read it, and more or less like it. But despite that, this one is actually pretty good, yes, it is the usual trope, baiting enemies/allies to do something in exchange for system points, but frankly with the continuous system upgrade I wonder how far the MC will reach. It's not top-tier, but it is above average, and it is a good way to pass time until new chapters drop for the top-tier novels, or until new novels hit the site.

This novel is the one you read when you don't have anything else to read, the whole storyline is a bit casual, it leans a lot towards the op mc storyline but doesn't go overboard

This is a unique novel that can entranced you as the story goes by the plot also thickened and the world building is quite good. Mc is also not a wanna be saint but just having a civilized morality. Its a rough diamond so try it and it may be with your taste and also actually its harem so. .

Mc dies a lot. It is fun to read but there doesn't seem to be much of a long term goal for plot development, just a few side quests that will probably take a few thousand years. The power system, while entertaining, has went off the rails and has gotten confusing and leaves me unsure how it'll grow.

Horribly written , 65 chapters and hes doesn't fight anyone properly all he does is die and gain power ups and ends up not using any of them and mc character is pathetic with no self respect whatsoever

One of the few Chinese novel that a liked on this website. Although the start is a bit rough, the author quickly pick up the pace and successfully hooked me with the characters and story telling. Although it's a bit redondant at times, it's still a good read and I definitely recommended it

Okay, so I read up until 276, and I liked it so far, the mc basically asks to die all the time and then beats the sh*t out of them, which makes this a nice read. The cultivation so far is also good, some terms are messed up, but nothing we can't cope. The only problem I'd say is the fact that it seems like the author is writing the story chapter to chapter, seemingly with no previous plan, and that makes it so somethings are just dropped or forgotten (at least at this point). Overall a nice and relaxing read. Enjoy
